Chinese officials have successfully turned a former Falun Gong practitioner
away from the cult and he now raises chickens, providing the latest
example that people can turn away from the lure of the cult.

Li Jucai, a retired cadre suffering from cancer and former staff member
of Dongfeng School of Beishankou Town in Gongyi City, Henan Province,
was once a Falun Gong practitioner. Easily believing in Li Hongzhi's
absurd theories, he suspended medical treatment and so his illness
took a turn for the worse. On his deathbed, Li drew up a three-point
will, warning his descendants not to practice Fulun Gong any more.
